This place is super quiet. The cleanliness is at top level. The location is very convenient, only about 10 minutes walk to the lake shore. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay, pools were nice and warm, staff were very helpful, room was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect easy walk to the beach.

Stayed 2 nights with my 10 year old for a little getaway. Hotel has been partially updated, our room with 2 new queen beds(which I found comfortable)had new flooring with a large balcony overlooking the pool which my son enjoyed. Air-conditioning was working fine and is fully adjustable to your preference. There was a small fridge/freezer that was handy to have as well. A little more attention to detail with the cleaning(soap scum residue around the tops of the shampoo dispensers in the shower needed a bit of attention) would be my only complaint. My room(216)had an glitch in that when I would use the hair dryer, a fuse would blow the lighting attached to my headboard rendering the lights/plugs/usb chargers there inoperable. Mentioned this to the manager and was assured it would be fixed in future. Breakfast was ok, don't expect anything fancy when it's provided for free! Getting rid of or fixing the half-full fish tank in the breakfast room would be a good idea, it just doesn't look nice. Again, nit picky things. But great location and the staff were very friendly.

Uncomfortable bed left me with back and neck pains. Late night noise not dealt with till my last night there. Hotel layout is convoluted and confusing. Overpriced in my opinion and would not make a reservation there again.

Rooms are not clean, paper thin walls, beds are rock hard, peep hole was on backwards so you could see from the hallway into the room, breakfast was not good etc…… just a whole lot of wrong going on!
